The report is based on an annual Global Risks Perception Survey. This is in interesting report and can be usefull when comparing different risks and when trying to form a bigger overall picture of future risks.<\/p>\n<p>Figure 1 presents a impact-likehood chart with various risks, which have been categorized into:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Economic<\/li>\n<li>Environmental<\/li>\n<li>Geopolitical<\/li>\n<li>Societal<\/li>\n<li>Technological<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/saisa.eu\/blogs\/Guidance\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/globalrisks2015.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"GlobalRisks2015\" src=\"http:\/\/saisa.eu\/blogs\/Guidance\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/globalrisks2015-small.png\" width=\"450\" height=\"454\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The following Technological risks are included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breakdown of critical information infrastructure and networks\n<ul>\n<li>Systemic failures of critical information infrastructure (e.g. Internet, satellites, etc.) and networks negatively impact industrial production, public services and communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Large-scale cyber attacks\n<ul>\n<li>State-sponsored, state-affiliated, criminal or terrorist large-scale cyber attacks cause an infrastructure breakdown and\/or loss of trust in the Internet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Massive incident of data fraud\/theft\n<ul>\n<li>Criminal or state-sponsored wrongful exploitation of private or official data takes place on an unprecedented scale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Massive and widespread misuse of technologies (e.g. 3D printing, artificial intelligence, geo-engineering, synthetic biology, etc.)\n<ul>\n<li>Massive and widespread misuse of technologies, such as 3D printing, artificial intelligence, geo-engineering and synthetic biology, causing human, environmental and economic damage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In part 2, there are more discussion on emerging technologies like synthetic biology and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Links<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/reports.weforum.org\/global-risks-2015\/\">Report highlights<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The latest Global Risks Report 2015 by World Economic Forum is available .
