ITIL Software Scheme is the way to check if the software is endorsed as an ITIL tool. If the tool has been endorsed, then it can used “stamps” like
Endorsement is done via Licensed Software Assessors. Today there are only 2 Assessor companies:
- Pink Elephant Inc www.pinkelephant.com
- Glenfis AG www.glenfis.ch
